Time of joy: Presentation of the Family Treasure book edition in Vranje
Authors Danica Karić Stojilković and Olivera Olja Petrović presented the Family Treasure book edition, published by the Karić Brothers Foundation, at the Children’s Festival Time of Joy in the city of Vranje. The event in a festive and joyful atmosphere brought together a large number of children who took part in all the activities with such an enthusiasm.
The Family Treasure book edition was published as part of the project Family is the Safest Place – it has been the principal motto of the Foundation for half a century and symbolizes all the values that the Foundation stands for. The project Family is the safest place aims to preserve and nurture family relationships and values and is implemented, among other things, through literature intended for children and young people. Books, from the Family Treasure edition, are full of stories that promote the importance of family, love, support and togetherness. During the presentation, children had the opportunity to listen to their favorite stories, sing and dance together with the authors, which created a unique and warm friendly atmosphere.
Dana Karić and Olja Petrović enthralled the young audience with their performance. Their interactive presentations and joint activities with children contributed to additional engagement and interest in reading about family values.
The Karić Brothers Foundation always supports and gives emphasis to the importance of such events that encourage the development of positive values in children and young people, and contribute to strengthening family ties. Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the books from the Family Treasure edition, to buy them and to talk to the authors.
The Children’s festival in Vranje showed that the Family Treasure is not only literature, but also a tool that brings together and connects families through joint activities and learning. Everyone agreed that such events are of great importance for the development of children and the preservation of family values in our society.
