The Chair and members of the Board of Directors, as well as the manager of the foundation, are appointed by the founders. The founders are Milanka Karić and Olivera Karić Nedeljković.

The Chairman of the Karić Brothers Foundation represents and directly manages the Foundation, together with the Board of Directors and the Manager. The Board implements the work program.
